How to use its under about this app in the about section under install... It says to install a ( live wallpapers shortcut) then your live wallpaper will appear they have an android wallpapers shortcut app love this its really neat!

I'd assume that it is amazing judging by the good reviews and the pictures but how do you apply it?
It wont show up anywhere and looks like its not even installed. Can someone help?

Just another exemplary live wallpaper
As with all of these from this developer, when I install, the only option given to me in Google Play is to uninstall. There is no Open option. And I can't find the app anywhere to open in the usual way. So uninstall it is.
